I started to worry I’d been fooled into buying something that was supposed to be easy to put together. The assembly took way longer than I expected, and the instructions were confusing enough that I kept second-guessing every step. It eventually came together, but it was way more frustrating than it should’ve been.

I was a bit confused about what was going wrong at first, but support got back to me quickly and helped sort it out. Not totally sure what the issue even was in the end, but they fixed it, so I’m happy overall.

I only really checked out the site design , but it felt really clean and simple to use . The pages loaded fine , and I didn’t feel lost while clicking around . The colors and layout looked nice too , not too busy or overwhelming .

I ordered from psilvam.us, the quality was a bit disappointing. At first glance it looked fine, but once I actually started using it, it had that kind of cheap feel that makes you wonder if they’re cutting corners a little.

After not much time, a few parts already didn’t seem to hold up very well. Maybe I just got a bad one, but for the price, I expected something sturdier and better made.

Shipping was totally fine, so no issue there. But based on the product quality itself, I don’t think I’d be in a rush to buy from them again.

The box had a little dent in it, which kind of bothered me at first, but everything inside was totally fine. I had a weird feeling about it when I saw the packaging, but it ended up being okay...

The order itself was totally fine, but the shipping was slower than I expected. Tracking barely changed for a few days, which made it feel like packages just go into a black hole sometimes. It did show up eventually and everything was packed okay, so no major complaints. Just not the fastest delivery experience.

I’m happy with it overall. It feels sturdy enough and has a solid feel, though one corner does wobble just a little, which is kind of annoying depending on my mood.

I’ll give Psilvam credit where it’s due: the price was fair for what I received. It wasn’t exactly perfect, and there were a couple little things that could’ve been better, but nothing major enough to make a big fuss over. For the money, it’s a decent option, even if I wasn’t completely blown away.

I picked up a Psilvam item a few months back, and at first I was happy with it. It still works fine, so I can’t say it’s been a total letdown, but I did feel a bit disappointed when I noticed the edges starting to show wear sooner than I expected. It’s not awful by any means, and part of me still likes it, but for the price I really thought it would stay looking better for longer.

I ordered this because the color looked really on the website, but when it arrived it was way darker and kind of dull. I can still use it, so it’s not a total loss, but it’s definitely not what I thought I was buying. I’m guessing the photos are edited or the lighting makes it look different. Shipping was fine, but they really need to work on color accuracy. Also, when I emailed about it, the replies felt super robotic, like no actual person was reading what I wrote.

I wore these all day and they is super comfy. No issues at all.

I used the instructions on psilvam.us and, they were easy to get through. I stayed totally calm, obviously, and didn’t feel completely lost at any point. Most of the steps were laid out in a simple way without throwing in a bunch of extra confusing details.

I’d probably give it 4 stars because a couple sections could’ve used a little more explanation. I did have to reread one part twice, which was fine, totally fine, not annoying at all. Overall though, it got the job done and was clear enough

I left mine outside through some heavy rain and a few really hot days, and it still looks totally fine. No weird warping or fading that I can see. I’m guessing it’s made from decent material, because cheaper stuff usually starts looking rough by now. Happy with it so far.

I was a little unsure at first, so I checked what other people were saying about returns. my experience was just as smooth, the return was easy to set up, and the refund came through quickly
